YP℠ and BBB Team Up to Make Finding Great Businesses Even Easier

Who doesn’t love seeing an A or A+ rating to help you feel more confident about doing business with a company? Now, consumers using yp.com or the YP℠ App to find trusted businesses — whether a landscaper, real estate agent, mechanic or other valuable service — can narrow their searches for only businesses with top Better Business Bureau (BBB) ratings.

Specifically, due to a new relationship between YP and the BBB, businesses and professionals rated A or A+ by the BBB now show up in yp.com and YP℠ app searches. So searching for a BBB rated business takes only a few swipes on a smartphone or clicks on yp.com. That’s bound to be great news for the nearly 70 million users of yp.com and the YP℠ app every month.

In addition to these ratings from BBB on YP, consumers will also be able to click through to bbb.org to view information such as complaints, customer reviews, licensing, government actions, and more on approximately 1.3 million current BBB Business Reviews.
